The Justice Department decided to sue Arizona this week. Yep that’s right…sue the state. Right in between the biggest take over of healthcare, Wall Street reform, and pushing Cap-and-Trade, why not sue a state while there at it? Sounds sweet! Well the white house is full of those savvy community organizer/ harvard law professor type individuals, so makes perfect sense this would be the only sensible solution.

The suit names the state of Arizona as well as Gov. Jan Brewer as defendants. In it, the Justice Department claims the federal government has “preeminent authority” on immigration enforcement and that the Arizona law “disrupts” that balance. It urges the U.S. District Court in Arizona to “preliminarily and permanently” prohibit the state from enforcing the law, which is scheduled to go into effect at the end of the month.

“We’ll meet them in court … and we will win” -Gov. Jan Brewer

My money is on Gov. Jan Brewer...She's like Rocky. She doesn't quit.
Here's some words of advice Governor...hope you've seen Rocky!

“It aint about how hard you hit its about how hard you can get hit and keep moving much you can take… and keep moving forward” -Rocky
