A new ad, put together by the GOP, is a montage of fourteen or fifteen clips of Obama discussing how badly government spending needs to be reduced in order to gain control of our raising national debt. These clips are compiled from about four or five different speeches. While I don’t necessarily agree that the GOP is really doing what is necessary to start solving the problem, this ad is incredibly revealing of our ‘all talk, no action’ president. President Obama hasn’t so much as taken four or five actions that reduce government spending, much less fourteen or fifteen. …and no, raising taxes does not cut spending.
